For many families making a trip to the beautiful
North Carolina Mountains in the pre-Christmas season,
choosing the perfect Christmas tree has become a family
tradition. When you look at the reasons why, it is easy
to understand.
It is a great opportunity to get the family
together for a fresh air outing.
The children love to hunt through the tree field
to find just the right one. Some adults seem to
enjoy it even more!
You will have a real tree!
The North Carolina Fraser Fir is a Christmas
tree without an equal.
North Carolina Fraser Firs are beautiful,
fragrant center pieces of a traditional Christmas.
They have soft, deep, blue-green foliage.
The branches are strong, yet pliable for heavy
ornaments.
The Fraser fir has a delightful, long lasting
traditional Christmas aroma.
The trees have incomparable needle retention.
It is an agricultural crop of the Western North
Carolina mountains.
The trees are grown on American soil by American
farmers.
But most of all it can be a great opportunity to
create a wonderful memory to last a lifetime!
If you have never been to A White Christmas Tree Farm,
this is how we work. Our prices are posted with the size
of the trees. You decide which size best fits your
needs. We give you a measuring stick and you set out at
your own leisure to choose the perfect tree. We will
have individuals to cut your tree (or we will have bow
saws available to cut your own tree if you like). We
haul it to the bailer (which wraps the limbs down with
twine, to avoid damage), then it is loaded or tied to
your vehicle. Many customers like to bring an old
blanket or soft rug to place underneath the tree to help
protect their vehicles and their tree.
If you are in need of large quantities of greenery, or
specialty items, please call ahead so we can have
your items ready when you arrive.
Please come and join us in creating a Christmas memory
for you and your family.
Don’t forget to bring your coats and gloves. It may be
warm where you are, but chances are it will be cold
here. And just maybe we will be blessed with some snow.
We’re easy to find. Check out our
location page for a printable map and directions.
